Adeline Gonzales was taken by our Lord and Savior on July 22, 2025. Born to Luciano and Demetria Rojo December 17th, 1940, in Los Angeles, Ca. She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Nana. She leaves behind her children Valerie Garrett (Billy), Frank Gonzales, Sandra Brumbaugh (Jeff), Barbara Gonzales-Janis (Tony), Michael Gonzales (Stephanie). She also leaves behind her sisters Gloria Rodriguez, Sylvia Colmenero, Grace Ayala, Elizabeth Rodriguez, brother Barney Rojo, 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Magdaleno "Frank" Gonzales, sister Cecilia Sedillo, brothers Luciano Rojo Jr and Ernest Rojo. As a young child Adeline and her family moved from Los Angeles to Williams, Az. Beginning in her teens she worked at several grocery stores. Foodtown, Babbitts, Chapman's, El Rancho, A.J Bayless and retired from Safeway. She met her husband in Flagstaff, Az when he first set eyes on her and instantly fell in love. They settled and raised their family in Flagstaff and spent their final years in Camp Verde, Az. They were married 61 years and were the owners of Coconino Fence Company that they founded over 50 years ago. Adeline was family-oriented especially when it came to spending time with her siblings, family, and her grandchildren. She was the backbone of her family and never would complain; she would always put everyone's needs before her own. Her home was always open to her family and friends. She was loving, funny, hardworking and strong until her final days. Visitation will be from 5-7pm on Tuesday July 29th at Norvel Owens Mortuary. Rosary at 10am and Mass at 10:30am Wednesday July 30th at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church. The burial will be Thursday July 31st at 10am at Calvary Cemetery.
