Alicia Ann Baumgartner died Tuesday February 26, 2008 in Flagstaff Arizona after losing her battle with cancer. Alicia was born October 7, 1927 in Detroit Michigan. She lived in California with her family for many years, moving to Arizona four years ago to be nearer her son and his family after the death of her husband. Athough Alicia did not work outside the home since an early career as a graphic artist, she continued to paint and draw throughout her life.

She was preceeded in death by her husband Raymond Alfred Baumgartner. She is survived by her son Karl Matthew Baumgartner, his wife Zenaida Calvillo Baumgartner and their daughter Heather Colleen Szundy and husband Matthew Szundy.

At Alicia's request there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers she requested that donations, if desired, be made to Olivia White Hospice Home in Flagstaff, P.O. Box 997, Flagstaff, AZ 86002
