Arthur Fredrick Milne, passed into heaven on March 25, 2026, surrounded by those who loved him most.

Arthur was born on March 26, 1965, in Surrey, Canada. He built a life defined by dedication, passion, and a deep love for his family. For 30 years, he worked proudly for UPS, where his commitment and discipline earned him the distinguished Safe Driver Award for 25 years—a testament to his reliability and work ethic.

Arthur had a true passion for life's simple and exhilarating joys. He loved riding motorcycles, with Harley-Davidson holding a special place in his heart. He was a devoted car enthusiast who enjoyed watching car shows with his beloved wife, Susan. Whether it was engines, road trips, or one of his many "toys," Arthur found happiness in speed and adventure.

He cherished traveling and attending concerts with Susan, creating memories filled with music and laughter. At home, he adored his dachshunds and took great pride in the life he built around family and shared experiences.

Arthur was known for his quick wit, humor, and generous heart. He had a natural ability to guide others—offering advice, sharing life skills, and motivating those around him. His presence was steady, his laughter contagious, and his love unwavering.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Susan; his son, Stephan; his daughters, Kelsey, Bekah, and Sarah; and his cherished grandchildren, Edwin, Christopher Arthur, and Silas. He also leaves behind his loving siblings Angel, Tom, Mike and Leonard; his mother, Sheila; and many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Stan Brooks.

Arthur's legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the lessons he shared, and the love he gave so freely. He will be remembered always as a devoted husband, proud father and grandfather, loyal brother, and a man who truly lived life his way.
