Betty Maurine Bell, 92, passed away early Wednesday morning, February 13, 2008 in Flagstaff, AZ. She was born September 10, 1915 to William and Ethel Stork in Orange, CA.

She worked as secretary for a number of schools, retiring from North Whittier School. She was a member of Women's Club in San Juan Capistrano and Bunko in San Clemente. She volunteered at San Clemente Hospital for a number of years. Betty enjoyed gardening and collecting antiques.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Steve and Lori Bell of Flagstaff, daughter, Pam Bateman of Phoenix, AZ; grandsons Matt Bateman of Flagstaff and Brett Bateman of LV, granddaughter Kari Simone of Phoenix, Gina Simone of Oregon and one great grandchild Logan Shelby Bateman.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Bell and granddaughter Katie Bell.

Betty enjoyed the Make a Wish Foundation, her family has asked that donations be made in her memory.

Private family services were held in Arizona.
