Betty Jo Dugan, 78, of Flagstaff, AZ, passed away February 12, 2011. Betty Jo was born and raised raised in Allock, KY on January 6, 1933 . She graduated as a registered nurse in 1953. She served as a Lt. J.G. in the United States Navy Nursing Corp from 1955-1958. She married Donald Wallace Dugan on December 15, 1956 and moved to Flagstaff in 1960. From 1960 to 1979 she worked as a Registered nurse at Arizona State College's, now Northern Arizona University Fronske Health Center, Public Health Nurse in Leupp, AZ, Flagstaff Medical Center, Grand Canyon Health Clinic, and the Flagstaff Public School District. Betty Jo Graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Psychology in 1974. She also received her real estate sales license in 1979 and became the owner/broker of Evergreen Realty INC. until her passing. Betty Jo loved her grandkids and enjoyed listening to marching band music. She was very patriotic and loved her country and was proud to serve in the United States Navy Nurse Corp. She is survived by her Husband Donald Wallace Dugan, her children; Michael Stephen, Patricia Ann (Duane) Nelson, David Douglas, Donald Joseph (Amy), and her nine grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 11am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on 224 S. Kendrick, Flagstaff, AZ. Please join us for a reception immediately following the service at Our Lady of Guadalupe.
