Obituary

Betty Evelyn Hollmann was born to Arthur Lewis Hollmann and Henrietta (Howlett) Hollmann on July 4, 1932 in New Haven, Connecticut. Betty came to Arizona as a missionary to the Navajo People in 1958. She did Bible Clubs, after school classes, women's classes, jail and hospital visits. After she retired, she lived in Flagstaff and served as a cook and dorm mom at Indian Bible College. Later she was a live-in caregiver for several ladies in the community. Betty received loving and compassionate care her last days at Rose Arbor, an assisted living home, in Flagstaff. She passed away on January 26, 2020 and went to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, and her mansion in heaven.

Two brothers survive Betty, Richard A. (Ruth), Donald, a niece. Donna (James) Gillespie, a nephew Timothy (Eve) Hollmann. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother and wife Milton (Dorothy) Hollmann.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22, at 1:00 at Flagstaff Christian Fellowship, 123 S. Beaver Street, Flagstaff, AZ. In lieu of flowers donation cans be made to Sunshine Rescue Mission. Memories and condolences can be share online at www.norvelowensmortuary.com
