Bettye Gene Merritt's Obituary
Bettye Gene Merritt,85 of Flagstaff,Arizona, died July 17,2010 at home surrounded by family and friends.
She was born June 1, 1925 to Elam and Eileen Charles. She married Travis Thomas Merritt in 1957.
During Bettye's life she was an avid animal lover and there wasn't any creature too slimy or with too many legs for her. She also enjoyed many years of worship at the Lancaster California Vineyard Christian Fellowship which she attended before moving to flagstaff.
She is survived by her younger sister Mary Lou Bishop of Midland,Tx.; daughter Judy Green of Flagstaff, son Tracy & Carol Merritt of Flagstaff, Grandchildren Jason & Traci, Great Grandchildren Levi & Evan.
