Bobbie Joe Potts, 78, passed away January 26, 2016. He was born April 14, 1937 in Miami, Oklahoma to Richard and Mary Potts. Mr. Potts was in the US Army from 1959 to 1962, during the Bay of Pigs. He was an active member at St. Mary's Catholic Church and a 4th degree knight with the Knights of Columbus. He loved working with wood and had made over 260 God Boxes for prayers to be put in.
Mr. Potts was very proud of his children, 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He loved people and never met a stranger. He is survived by the love of his life of 56 years, Jean Potts, his children: Robert "Bob" (Julie) Potts of Whittier, CA; Julie (Ernie) Negrete of Flagstaff, AZ; and Richard (Shelly) Potts of City of Orange, CA; and his brothers Don Potts and Dick Potts.
Funeral services will take place Saturday, February 6th, 2016, at 10:00 am, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 302 East Spring Street, Kingman, AZ .
