Carmen E. Stachon, 56, of Williams, AZ passed away February 12, 2011. Carmen was born June 9, 1954 in Cbu, Philippines and loved to help all the people around her. She always brought a smile to everyone who knew her. She is survived by her two sons; Jeffery and Julius, her daughter Katrina Teves, and her four grandchildren. A memorial service will be held in her honor Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, located on N. Highway 64 in Williams, AZ.
