In the tender tapestry of life, few threads shimmer as distinctly and vibrantly as those of Celestino Jesus Vidal whose journey touched countless hearts and minds.

Celestino was born on January 19, 1976 in Casa Grande, AZ. On January 7th 2025, he passed away at the young age of 48 just shy of his 49th birthday.

Celestino's life was marked by a spirit of adventure and resilience. After high school, he joined the Marines, where his bravery and dedication were tested and refined. Following his service, Celestino spent time working and traveling alongside his father, Celestino Sr. His journey took him to Las Vegas and later to Los Angeles, where he would make his home.

Celestino was unwavering in his optimism, constantly reassuring those around him with his calming words: "I'll be alright." His love for his family was a central part of who he was, and he made every effort to be present in their lives. He took great pride in staying connected with his mother, Avelina, by calling her weekly to check on her and ensure she was well. When visiting, he made it a priority to spend quality time with her before moving on to see other family members.  Celes enjoyed attending concerts or hanging out with his brother Vicente; watching his niece Avi and nephews Antonio and Casey play video games; calling or visiting his sisters—Veronica, Rocio, and Elisa—whenever he could, always checking in, offering support, and keeping those bonds strong despite any distance; he would visit and check on his grandmother Julia when he was in town. He often made plans to come home, talking about where he wanted to be and the future he envisioned. Full of optimism and love for his family, Celestino's heart was always with them, and his desire to stay connected and make memories together was a testament to the depth of his devotion. Celestino cherished those moments. His connection to family was always strong, and the time spent together was something he valued deeply, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

Aside from being a truly free spirit, he was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, grandson, and friend. He is survived by his mother Avelina A. Lydy of Eloy, AZ; his father Celestino S. Vidal of Eloy, AZ; his brother Vicente Vidal of Casa Grande, AZ; three sisters Elisa A. Vidal of Chicago, IL, Rocio M. Vidal of Phoenix, AZ, Veronica A. Vidal of Flagstaff, AZ; sister-in-law Janie Vidal; nieces Avi D. Vidal, Angelica Morgan; two nephews Antonio E. Vidal and Casey B. Hampton of Flagstaff; his grandmother Julia Prock.

Celestino will forever be remembered and cherished in our hearts. His life was a testament to the power of adventure and boundless love. Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit lives on in the memories he created and the lives he enriched.

Celestino nació el 19 de enero de 1976 en Casa Grande, AZ. El 7 de enero de 2025, falleció a la joven edad de 48 años, justo antes de cumplir 49.
La vida de Celestino estuvo marcada por un espíritu de aventura y resiliencia. Tras terminar la secundaria, se unió a los Marines, donde su valentía y dedicación fueron puestas a prueba y perfeccionadas. Después de su servicio, Celestino pasó tiempo trabajando y viajando junto a su padre, Celestino Sr. Su recorrido lo llevó a Las Vegas y más tarde a Los Ángeles, donde hizo su hogar.

Celestino fue inquebrantable en su optimismo, constantemente tranquilizando a quienes lo rodeaban con sus palabras calmadas: "Estaré bien". Su amor por su familia era una parte central de su ser, y siempre hizo esfuerzos por estar presente en sus vidas. Se enorgullecía de mantenerse conectado con su madre, Avelina, llamándola semanalmente para saber cómo estaba y asegurarse de que estuviera bien. Cuando la visitaba, siempre se aseguraba de pasar tiempo de calidad con ella antes de ver a otros miembros de la familia. Asistía a conciertos o simplemente pasaba el rato con su hermano Vicente; veía jugar a su sobrina Avi y a sus sobrinos Antonio y Casey a videojuegos; llamaba o visitaba a sus hermanas—Verónica, Rocío y Elisa—siempre que podía, siempre interesado en saber cómo estaban, ofreciendo apoyo y manteniendo esos lazos fuertes, a pesar de la distancia; también visitaba y se preocupaba por su abuela Julia. Frecuentemente planeaba regresar a casa, hablando sobre el lugar donde quería estar y el futuro que imaginaba. Lleno de optimismo y amor por su familia, el corazón de Celestino siempre estuvo con ellos, y su deseo de mantenerse conectado y crear recuerdos juntos fue un testamento a la profundidad de su devoción. Celestino valoraba profundamente esos momentos. Su conexión con la familia siempre fue fuerte, y el tiempo compartido era algo que atesoraba, creando recuerdos que perdurarían toda la vida.

Además de ser un espíritu verdaderamente libre, fue un hijo, hermano, tío, primo, nieto y amigo amoroso. Le sobreviven su madre Avelina A. Lydy de Eloy, AZ; su padre Celestino S. Vidal de Eloy, AZ; su hermano Vicente Vidal de Casa Grande, AZ; tres hermanas Elisa A. Vidal de Chicago, IL, Rocío M. Vidal de Phoenix, AZ, Verónica A. Vidal de Flagstaff, AZ; su cuñada Janie Vidal; sus sobrinas Avi D. Vidal, Angelica Morgan; dos sobrinos Antonio E. Vidal y Casey B. Hampton de Flagstaff; su abuela Julia Prock.

Celestino siempre será recordado y atesorado en nuestros corazones. Su vida fue un testamento al poder de la aventura y al amor sin límites. Aunque ya no esté con nosotros en persona, su espíritu vive en los recuerdos que creó y en las vidas que enriqueció.
