Chance Conner Couillard "Brother" was born January 23rd, 2003 to Jeremy and Gina Couillard. He was welcomed in love by his sister Taylor Couillard, Maternal Grandparents Thomas and Beverly Conner and Paternal Grandparents Joseph and Victoria Couillard

He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Joseph Couillard, and survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends, neighbors who love and adore him.

Chance brought joy, laughter and compassion to every person he touched. His gentle spirit, beautiful smile, kindness and sense of humor will be forever missed.

Services to celebrate his life will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 27, 2017 at Christ Church of Flagstaff, 3475 Soliere Ave, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Burial will follow at Citizens' Cemetery, Flagstaff, Arizona
