Charlene M. Harvey

Charlene M. Harvey passed away 5 September 2011, in Flagstaff Medical Center from heart failure. She was a resident of Flagstaff for seventeen years. She was born in Perris, California, the second child of Charles N. and Violet A. Eberley. Charlene is survived by her children Charles M. Wittmer of Flagstaff, Arizona, Kathy J. Brayer and her husband Terry of Gold Beach, Oregon, Jeffrey A. Harvey and wife Sandy of Tacoma, Washington and John F. Harvey of Flagstaff, Arizona. She is also survived by her three grandchildren Wendy (husband Michael) Williams of Lorton, VA., Terry K. (wife Kat) of Honolulu, HI and Lisa M. Harvey of Arizona along with three great grandchildren, Ella, Damien and Isaac. Additionally; she was survived by her mother Violet A. Eberley, sisters Sharon Johnson of VA, Martee Eberley and Vicki (husband Roland) Picard of Arizona.

Charlene enjoyed reading, playing scrabble, cards and knitting professionally and for pleasure. She was a long time member of the retail clerks union and at the time of her death was employed at the local Target. Her two favorite places were the beach and Oak Creek Canyon; where she will be laid to rest. She was originally from the Bay area and Southern California; before, moving to Flagstaff, a place she always wanted to live.

A celebration of Charlene's life will be held at Norvel Owens Mortuary Tuesday, September 13th at 2:00 pm, in Flagstaff, Arizona.
