Clarence Jerry Russell, 80, of Leupp died Saturday, October 18, 2008 at the Olivia White Hospice Home in Flagstaff, AZ. He was born July 28, 1928 in Leupp, AZ to John Russell and Ceclia Morris Russell.

He worked as a silversmith, and enjoyed carving Kachina Dolls. In his early years he was an interrupter for the LDS church and a local missionary for the Assembly of God Church in Bird Springs. For enjoyment the loved to play cards, watch western movies and work on cars.

Mr. Russell is survived by his companion Susie Joe Russell, Children stepdaughter Mabel Ann Joe, daughters Rosie Ramirez, Maebelle Livingston, Julie Russell, Effie Begay, and Antoinette Ingram, sons Archie Russell, Bobby Russell and Brian Russell, step sons and stepdaughters in Houck, AZ. He was a daddy to anyone who needed a daddy! He is also survived by his sister Violet Tso and brother Tom Begay and numerous grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Russell, parents John and Cecila Morris Russell and brothers Tommy Russell and Kee Yazzie Meyers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at the Grand falls Church of God Holiness.
