Clory is a 1977 graduate of Coconino High School with a special appointment to the Military Academy at West Point. He then served in the United States Armed Forces. Clory was employed by the Department of Corrections as a Sargent, correctional officer since 2001.

Clory is survived by his mother Ernestine Duran and Father, Clory Duran of Flagstaff. Sister, Karen Duran-Negrete of Phoenix, Brother Edward Duran of Flagstaff and Sister Sandra Duran-Salomon of Goodyear. Clory has seven nieces and nephews and numerous aunts and uncles.

Rosary will be Sunday, September 18, 2011 at 7PM at St. Pius X Catholic Church and Monday, September 19, 2011 at 10AM at St. Pius X Catholic Church with burial immediately following at Calvary Cemetery's Veteran's section.
