Baby Cole Richard Jordan, 3 months old, passed away at Flagstaff Medical Hospital on January 22, 2009. He will remain forever in the hearts of his beloved parents Paul and Jeanine Jordan; his sister Calli Jordan; His Grandparents Sue and Roger Dyer, Janice and Ron Hunsaker, Richard Jordan and Gary Jung; and all of his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. There will be a celebration of his life on January 31, 2009 at 1pm at the Church of the Nazarene: 2700 Rainbow Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
