Consuelo "Connie" Gallardo, 85, passed away February 12th at her home in Flagstaff. She was born March 21, 1922 in Flagstaff to Pedro and Maria Rodriguez. She lived all of her life here in Flagstaff working as a cook with several restaurants, the longest at La Casita. She then worked at NAU as a custodian for several years. Most recently, Consuelo worked in her home as a children care giver. As member of the San Francisco De Asis, she was an active member of the Guadalupanas.

She is preceded in death by her husband Marcelino and her son Gregorio Gallardo, as well as younger sister Frances Ware.

She is survived by daughters Victoria (Ricardo) Reyes, Aurora Gallardo, Cecilia Cassity, Dora (Michael) Broom, Rosalie Gallardo and son Francisco Gallardo also 14 grand children, 27 great grand children, 5 great great grand children and 4 great great great grand children. She is also survived by her brother Gonzalo Rodriguez.

Rosary will be held 10am with funeral mass at 11:00 am Saturday, February 16th. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery
