Obituary

Coy Leland Lively Jr. of Page, AZ succumbed to heat failure at Flagstaff Medical Center on February 20, 2009. Coy was born to Coy Leland Lively and Helen Pearl Essley on August 26, 1941. He graduated from South Mountain High School in 1959. He became a crane operator, then starting his own crane business. Coy moved his crane business to Flagstaff in 1972 and joined his father and brother to establish Lively Crane and Rigging. He moved back to Phoenix in 1983, where he opened a second business renting R.V. storage space. Coy retired to Page, AZ in 2002 where he enjoyed fishing and boating on Lake Powell. He also enjoyed hunting and most forms of off road vehicles. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and member of the Free Masons and Shriners.
Coy Cherished time spent with friends and family, and is survived by his children Michael Lively, and Traci Lively-Spain, his brother and sister, Jerry Lively and Karen Harper. He had 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Crippled Children Hospital c/o El Zariba Shrine of Phoenix.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Norvel Owens Mortuary of Flagstaff. Family will receive friends starting at 1pm. With grave side services to be held on Thursday at 11 am at Greenwood Memory Lawn in Phoenix
