In Loving Memory of Devon Blondell Williams
May 5, 1964 – April 28, 2026

Devon Blondell Williams, 61, of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, passed away on April 28, 2026, in Valle, Arizona.

Devon was a skilled culinary chef who had a passion for cooking and took pride in his work. He especially enjoyed teaching others his skills. He proudly served his country as an E-6 Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, where he demonstrated dedication, discipline, and commitment. He was also a Mason and took great pride in the brotherhood, service, and sense of community it represented.

Devon believed in love, unity, and forgiveness. He treated people with respect and encouraged those around him to do the same.

He shared 13 years of marriage with his wife, Stephanie Williams. They enjoyed spending time together, traveling, and supporting each other in everyday life.

He is survived by his children, Sherrice Gavillan, Brittany Sutton (Jacob), Devon Williams, Katie Messinger (Tyler), Nathaniel Williams, Meadow Williams, and Shadeed Williams; his stepchildren, Coral Lee, Kayla Jones, John Doran (Sydney), Kiara Doran, Max, Alexis, and Joshua; his brother, Charles Williams Jr.; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Michaylah, Gabriel, Yenaya, Daymien, Elijah, Matthias, Aleah, Lily, Jacob Jr., Iris, Isaac, and Aspen.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Wilson (née Watkins); his father, Charles Williams Sr.; and his siblings, Myron and Kimberly Ennis.

A funeral service will be held in Arizona by his wife, Stephanie. A celebration of life will be held in his honor in Miami, Florida, on June 6, hosted by his daughter, Sherrice.
