Diane McDaniel peacefully passed away to be with her Lord Jesus on Monday, March 10, 2025. Cremation has occurred and to honor her memory a celebration of life will be held in Flagstaff  Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Norvel Owens Mortuary starting at 2:00 PM. Diane was born August 1, 1954 raised and lived in Illinois until moving to Arizona in the 1970's,  where she married her husband Richard. She loved spending time outdoors, and enjoying the birds, squirrels, and other animals at her backyard feeders. She believed in the importance of helping others and enjoyed sharing the word of God. After moving to Flagstaff, Diane worked and volunteered at Christensen Elementary School helping children with disabilities. She became a vital part of Hope Cottage, offering support to women and staff with unwavering dedication. Diane provided facility support for Hope Cottage, a sober, faith based facility which provides free emergency shelter, transitional housing, meals and clothing to women coming from desperate situations or homelessness.  She selflessly served others the way Jesus did.

Diane leaves behind a loving family and many cherished friends who will deeply miss her. She had two  brothers and a sister. She was blessed with three beautiful daughters.
