Donald C. Virgil – born and raised in Elgin, Illinois and 38 year resident of Flagstaff, Arizona, passed away at the end of April, 2026 at the age of 76. Donald was a warm, generous, creative and very insightful person who will be sorely missed by family and friends. Burial will be at a later date in Elgin, Illinois. Planning is under way for a Memorial Service in Flagstaff.
