Doris Jeanne Gray, 69, died June 1, 2005, in Flagstaff. She was born on July 5, 1935, in Minneapolis, to William Francis and Ruth Cunniham. She lived in Arkansas and Texas before moving to Winslow 22 years ago. She was a retired secretary, and after retirement, worked at NPC as a tutor for the past five years. She loved to serve others. One way she did this was by delivering food baskets for St. Vincent de Paul and the Pentecostal church. She loved to write and had a great fondness for animals. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God Indian Mission and Winslow Women's Club. She is survived by her three children, Gina Schoenberger, Natasha Kremp and William Gray and many friends in the Winslow community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gray; her daughter Jeanne Marie Nelson; and her faithful friend Blaze. Memorial service will be Friday at 6 p.m. at the Pentecostal Church of God Indian Mission, 109 Alder Ave
