Dylan "Dinga" Sebastian Phelan of Flagstaff passed away Tuesday, Feb. 13th, 2007 at his home. A recent graduate of Flagstaff High School and current 18 year old freshman at NAU, Dylan was a very friendly, loving spirit. He was passionate about his family, friends, and every new endeavor he embarked upon.



He is survived by his parents Thomas Phelan and Rose Kasallis Brown; brothers Zachary, Thor, Jade, and Quinton; sister Emily; long-time girlfriend Ashley Backus; step-father Jim Brown; 3 grandparents; 8 aunts; 10 uncles; 23 cousins; 6 second cousins, and innumerable friends.



A public viewing will be Friday, Feb 16th from 5 – 9 p.m. at the Flagstaff National Guard Armory, 312 N. Thorpe Street. There will be a public celebration of Dylan's life on Saturday, Feb 17th from 6 – 10 p.m. at the Flagstaff Armory.
