Edward J. Rees, 75, of Flagstaff passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Friday October 12, 2007. E.J. was born June 11, 1932 to Carl and Anna Rees in Peckville, PA. E.J. moved to Flagstaff in 1978 were he eventually retired from the Navajo Army Depot. He loved being with his family and in the outdoors, he also enjoyed being with his Britney companions Midge and Annie. He also was an amazing story teller and had a wonderful sense of humor.

E.J. was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Rita. Son Mark (Kristina) Rees of Flagstaff daughter Edie (Stan) Mayer of Cave Creek, son Matt (Kristy) Rees of Flagstaff with grand children Lindsey, Audrey, Alec, Laura and Ray.
