Elna Manges passed away peacefully on November 15, 2021. She was born August 12,1928 in Washington. As a young child she moved to Flagstaff and grew up here. Although she lived in many other places her heart was always in Flagstaff. She permanently moved back in 1991. She was a dedicated teacher. After she retired she was a volunteer at the hospital and heavily involved with the K9 Drill Team. She loved her dogs and the many friends she met with her involvement with her dogs. She is survived by two daughters, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be Monday,  November 22 ^nd at 2:00 p.m. at Norvel Owens Mortuary.
