Esther Carlos

Esther Carlos entered into rest on April 21, 2007 after a long battle with cancer. She was born Esther Martinez on March 4, 1923 in Flagstaff Arizona. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and took every moment she could to look after her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Carlos, son Arthur Carlos Junior, and sisters Jenny Chavez and Stella Colmenero.
She is survived by her sister Lucy Chavez and brother Gilbert Martinez; son John Carlos and wife Diane; daughters Barbara Pena and husband Richard, and Linda Riehly; granddaughter Lisa Carlos, and numerous other grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by her family.
Rosary will be held 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 25th at Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66, Funeral Mass will be held 10am Thursday, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel.
