Ethel Headrick: April 16, 1944- December 6, 2013. Ethel Walker Headrick was the daughter of an original Flagstaff Homesteader. She was born in Flagstaff, and lived her entire life here. She was a dedicated employee of Flagstaff Medical Center for 35 years before retiring. She was a member of the Mormon Church, and a past president of the Red Hats. All who knew her appreciated her generous, caring, lively spirit. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her three brothers: Zack, Jerry and Sandy. She was the last living member of her historic Flagstaff Walker Family, and a wonderful piece of Flagstaff history passes with her. Though she has no immediate family survivors, she has many friends who love her as family, and cherish their memories of her.
