Frances (Fran) Willene Frossard 83, of Prescott, AZ passed away June 27, 2020 in Flagstaff, AZ.

Born in Vero Beach, FL to Helen and Elmer Story in 1936.  As a young adult she worked as a lab technician to a  pathologist at the hospital in Vero Beach where she met a Florida Highway Patrolman, William C. Frossard.  They were married and she became a homemaker raising two children in Orlando, and Palm Bay, FL  before returning  to her hometown of Vero Beach, FL.

She later joined her daughter to live in Marietta, GA, then moved to the West, living in Las Vegas, NV, Kirkland WA, and then Prescott, AZ were she resided for the past 10 years. She loved traveling with her daughter, Bonnie, as they enjoyed many adventures together.

Fran loved to work with her hands and was an excellent craftsman at sewing, crocheting, hand quilting and woodworking as a talented driftwood artist.  She loved crosswords  and could solve the hardest puzzles. She loved playing various card games, bingo and dominoes and was active with the girls in her Prescott community.

Survived by her brother, Russell Story, son, Donald Frossard, daughter, Bonnie Eldridge, grand-daughter, Heather Frossard, with three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding in death are her parents, Elmer and Helen Story, her loving husband, William Charles "Bill" Frossard, her sisters, Juanita Underwood and Ruby Hamilton, and brother, Kelmer Story.

There will be No formal services due to Covid-19.  She has requested her ashes to be scattered in her final resting place of Sedona, AZ.

She was a loving Mother and will be greatly missed.
