Fred M. Augenstein born July 23, 1935 in Williams, AZ. went home to be with the Lord on September 19, 2009 in Parks, AZ. He is survived by his two daughters, Donna (Pat) George and Julie (Tim) Mitchell, four grand children, Brandie Luna, Pattie Moreno, Cody and Jacob Mitchell and four great grandchildren all of Yuma, AZ. Sister Evelyn (Bill) Huster of Hemet, CA. and two brothers Tom Augenstein of Flagstaff, AZ. and John Augenstein of Williams, AZ. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sons. He served our great Nation in the US Navy as a Sea Bee. During his lifetime he owned several businesses with his most current being Mayberrys Custom Metal Fabrication in Yuma. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, traveling and spending time with his family. Services will be held in Flagstaff on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Norvel Owens Mortuary with viewing at 10:00am and service at 11:00am with burial immediately following in Williams. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to the Parks Volunteer Fire Department.
