Gerardo Adame Diaz Jr. passed away at home on January 28, 2021. Beside him was the love of his life, Felicita (Licha).

He was born in Phoenix, Arizona on October 14, 1936 to Selsa and Gerardo Diaz Sr. Shortly after they moved to Flagstaff, where he lived until his passing.

Known as Jerry, he retired from Flagstaff Medical Center from the maintenance crew. He also served honorably in the US Army.

Carpentry and woodwork were his favorite pastimes, and he was an excellent handy man. He left behind many pieces of his work.

He is survived by his daughter, Toni (Camp Verde), son, Patrick (Phoenix), sisters, Mary Lou (John) Phoenix, and Gloria (Las Vegas) and brother, Jessie. He is preceded in death by his mother Selsa, father, Gerardo Diez Sr., brother Lazaro and Andy Diaz.
