Obituary

Golda Anne Clark, 86, passed away December 2, 2025, from complications related to Alzheimer's disease. Born in Globe, Arizona, Golda was raised by her grandparents Goldie and John Rolston after the passing of her mother. She graduated from Globe High School in 1958 and married her lifelong sweetheart, Gordon Clark, in 1963.

Golda worked for Valley National Bank before dedicating herself to family life. Later, she earned degrees from Gila Pueblo Community College and Northern Arizona University, graduating summa cum laude. She taught English at Miami High School and Gila Pueblo Community College.

An accomplished artist and craftswoman, Golda enjoyed painting, stained glass, sewing, and fiber arts. She is preceded in death by her mother and grandparents and is survived by her husband Gordon, daughter Lisa Doherty, six grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

The family thanks Northland Hospice and Palliative Care for their compassionate support. Private graveside service will be held December 9, 1 p.m., at Citizen's Cemetery, Flagstaff, AZ. in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Northland Hospice and Palliative Care or the Alzheimer's Association.
