Janet Ilene Partlow, 65, of Flagstaff passed away February 8, 2014 at the Olivia White Hospice Home. She was born in Valparaiso, Indiana December 16, 1948. Visitation will be 1pm, Friday, February 14th will funeral to follow at 2pm at the Norvel Owens Mortuary, interment will conclude services at Citizens Cemetery.
