Janice Lea Carroll, 54, passed away on October 19, 2010 in Flagstaff, Arizona with family and loved ones by her side.
She was born in Tuba City, Arizona on December 10, 1955 to Carma Lane and Eddie Little. She spent her early childhood in Phoenix, Arizona and then moved to Flagstaff. She is a graduate of Flagstaff High School. Her first job after graduation was with Gene Shoe Hospital, where she was employed for approximately 6 years. She found a joy in working in the restaurant industry as a waitress at two local downtown cafes, the Hong Kong Café and the Weatherford Café. Her life long waitress occupation allowed her the opportunity to meet many people and let her expose her outgoing personality. Janice brought love, laughter and happiness to all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed.
Ms. Carroll is survived by her daughter, Michelle Little; two sons, Evaristo Martinez and Page Otero; granddaughter, Karla Mora; grandson, Aaron Mora; sisters JoAnn Tewa and Pauline Begay; brothers Paul Little, Eugene Begay and Clarence "Jim" Begay; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Aaron Otero.
Funeral services will be held at Norvel Owens Mortuary on Friday, October 22nd at 10am, in Flagstaff. Interment will conclude services at Citizens Cemetery.
