In the early morning hours of June 15, 1955 in Yuma, AZ, Adrienne and Jason welcomed into the world their first born child; A 7lb 8oz baby boy. He was gifted the name of his father. Jason Daniel Palmer II grew up riding motorcycles in the deserts outside El Cajon, CA before he and his family moved back to Arizona in 1971. Jason attended CHS in Flagstaff where he was successful in school sports such as track and field, football and wrestling. Upon graduation in 1973, he was awarded an athletics scholarship to NAU. Jason, a hands on guy, instead chose to enter the workforce. After a quick stint with ADOT, Jason took a pay-cut to join an up and coming company; W.L. Gore & Associates. Little did Jason know, this would be one of the best decisions he would make. Jason spent 39 years with Gore before retiring in 2014. Jason contributed greatly to the success of the Medical Products Division while working his way to Plant Leadership. Jason was well liked and admired for his straight talk leadership style in addition to the mentorship he provided to many who crossed his path. It was here, where he would meet the love of his life, Becky. The two dated over two years before they both said "I do" on August 29, 1981. Together, they welcomed a son and a daughter into this world. Jason passed on April 11, 2015 at home peacefully with family by his side. Jason is survived by his Mother Adrienne, Wife Becky, Son Jason 3/Wife Amy, Daughter Tara, Granddaughters Brooke, Kinsley and Kimber, Sister Julie, Brother Stephen/Wife Robin, in addition to many nephews and extended family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital can be made in Jason's name.

A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday at 2 p.m., at the Flagstaff Elks Lodge, 2101 N. San Francisco St.
