1964Jennifer Robin Warfield Holdsworth, 44, formerly of Flagstaff, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, in Chicago, after a five-year battle with systemic scleroderma following complications with a stem cell transplant.

Mrs. Holdsworth was born Aug. 12, 1964, in Minneapolis to Douglas C. and Mary R. Warfield. She attended school in Minnesota until the age of 9, when she moved with her family to Utah. She graduated from Lehi High School and attended Brigham Young University. She married Jon G. Holdsworth on June 4, 1983, in Salt Lake City. She was a devoted wife and stay-at-home mom. She leaves a legacy of love and courage to all who knew her and especially to her family. She is survived by her husband Jon Holdsworth; children Grant R. Holdsworth (Kristin), Rachel A. Modrell (Ian), Michelle J. Holdsworth and Rebecca E. Holdsworth, all of Flagstaff; mother Mary R. Warfield Pobuda of Spanish Fork, Utah; sisters Toree W. Johnson (Jeff) of Reno, Nev., Susan W. Ashton of Joplin, Mo., and Karin W. Stewart (Michael) of Lehi; brother Christopher R. Warfield of Spanish Fork; many nieces and nephews; and all of her family by marriage, the Holdsworth family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Warfield and her brother, Daniel C. Warfield.

Service will be Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m., with visitation at 10 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 625 E. Cherry Ave., in Flagstaff.
