Dr. John H. Caskey Md's Obituary
John H. Caskey MD died at his home Saturday, April 18th. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 20 th at 2:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Epithany. a Wake will be held on Monday from 3:00 p.m. until dark at the Caskey Home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the John H. Caskey Endowment Fund at North County Health Care, 2520 N. 4th St., Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
