John Edward Stoneberger passed away September 24, 2008 surrounded by his loving family at the Olivia White Hospice Home. John was born December 31, 1944; he was 63 at the time of his death.

John started his career as a D.P.S. Officer July 1, 1971 and retired August 31, 2005.

John was preceded in death by his father and mother Jerry and Hazel Stoneberger, his sister Wilma Short and his brother Jerry Stoneberger.

He is survived by his wife Carmen of 42 years, his sons John Dana (Kelly), and Jason Edward (Shelly), his brothers, Ernest and Larry from Flagstaff and Charles from Kingman. He is also survived by his grandchildren who were his pride and joy Christy, Stephanie, Bryn, Mason, Madison, Charlie, Ryan and Miko.

Services were held September 26, 2008 at Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors.
