Hunt, Linda Sue Payne
Linda Hunt, 69, of Joseph City, Ariz. passed away Aug. 11, 2015. Funeral services will be held Aug. 22, 11 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel at 8181 Westover Ave., Joseph City. Viewing at 9:30 a.m. Arrangements by Norvel Owens Mortuary in Flagstaff. Linda was born to Ed and Jean Payne of Virden, NM. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Hunt, and children, Duane (Lari) Hunt, Allyson (Tony) Johnny, Maren Hunt, Paul Hunt, Kirsten (Jaden) Rosser, John (Alysson) Hunt, 27 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Maria (John) Hancock and Celia (Darren) Turley. Family, church, education, and music were Linda's main passions in life. She was a gifted and dedicated teacher with a knack for organization. Linda has been an example of courage, compassion, commitment, and faith to all who know her.
