Linda Barrow Martin, 60 of Flagstaff, Arizona, died unexpectedly August 10, 2008. Linda was born in Tucson, Arizona and lived in several other Arizona cities, New Mexico, and Missouri before moving to Flagstaff in 2002. She was a loving daughter, wife, and mother whose vibrant radiance illuminated the lives of all who knew her. Linda had a passion for the study and preservation of Native American culture and was an archeologist for the US Forest Service for much of her career. She was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking in Arizonas mountains and pine forests. She is survived by her husband Fred L. Martin, mother Virginia R. Barrow, brother David Barrow, and children Daniel McWhorter, Kenley McWhorter, Scott McWhorter, Ryan Kelley, and Erin Kelley-Araujo. A memorial service will be held at the Trinity Heights United Methodist Church, 3600 N. 4th Street, Flagstaff at 1pm Wednesday August 13, 2008. Reception immediately following services.
