Mark Allen Henson, 65, of Flagstaff, Arizona passed away September 6, 2024. Mark was born October 18, 1958 in Wichita, Kansas to Billie and Gwenda Henson. In his early childhood he enjoyed racing quarter midgets and attending sprint car races which led to his love of NASCAR.

In Mark's early career he worked as a mechanic for Southwest before working for Kenworth, then moving on to work 40 plus years with A.P.S.

He enjoyed repairing anything with a motor.

Always lending a hand to family and friends. Mark often said, "I can work on anything from bikes to bulldozers".  He also enjoyed camping and being outdoors. He was a lifetime member of the local IBEW #387.

Mark is survived by his wife, Barbara Henson; 7 children, David Henson, Dale Henson, Daniel Henson, Jon Henson, Fynn Crooks, Jennifer Meyer and David Crooks; 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson. He is further survived by his mother, Gwenda Durbin; his much older sister, Gwenda White; sister, Melinda White; brother, Bruce Henson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Service of Remembrance will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, September 16, 2024 at Norvel Owens Mortuary.
