Mark Stevenson was born July 1, 1952 in Hinsdale IL. He is the son of Henry and Grace Stevenson. Mark left IL in his 20's with a friend on a motorcycle to venture out to AZ and ended up making AZ his home. Mark was an avid hunter and hiker who loved the outdoors. In his free time he was a volunteer Sheriff for Coconino County. He was a giver to all who knew him, especially his family. Mark passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 3, 2025, after fighting a short but courageous battle with cancer.

He is survived by his loving wife Rosalie; his daughter Janelle (Tony); grandsons, Joseph and Aidan; sisters Diane (Dave), Nancy (Mike) nephews, Josh, Jessie, Ryan, nieces, Casey and Kristin, along with grand nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Craig. At Mark's request no services will be held.
