Marvin Lloyd O'Clair, 87, passed away in Prescott on August 31, 2019.  He was born February 23, 1932 in Tolley, North Dakota to Arther and Opal O'Clair.  Marvin is survived by Doris, his wife of 66 years, his children Jeff O'Clair, Judy Chamberlain (John), Jackie O'Clair, Jay O'Clair (Jill), Jess O'Clair (Jayme), and Penny Jones, eight grandchildren and twelve great grand-children.  He was preceded in death by his son Jerry, his daughter-in-law Glynda and his son-in-law Brian Jones.

A graveside service will take place Friday, September 6 at 2:00 pm at Citizens' Cemetery, 1300 South San Francisco Street, Flagstaff, Arizona.
