Mary (Cruz) Armijo of Flagstaff Arizona passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 7th, 2025 at age 82.

She was born in Flagstaff in 1942 to Vicenta and Antonio Cruz where she attended school and enjoyed taking care of her mother and family.

Mary was a devoted wife to her husband Toribio Armijo of 64 years who she loved very much.

She loved her four children, Tony, Yolanda, Maryellen, and Lisa. They were her pride and joy and she will be missed very much.

First and foremost, Mary loved being a Homemaker. She  worked in food services for the Flagstaff School District and NAU for many years.

Mary enjoyed fishing, cooking and family gatherings.

She was Preceded in death by her mother and father, Vicenta and Antonio Cruz, her brothers Joe, Richard, Angel Godinez and sister Jane Zozaya. and survived by her husband Toribio, her Children, Tony Armijo (Kathy), Yolanda McLaughlin (DJ), Maryellen Soto (Fausto), Lisa Armijo (Benito). She had 9 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on Monday November 17th, starting at 10am for the Rosary and 10:30 for the Mass, following, the Rite of Committal at Calvary Cemetery.
