Mike was born on September 7, 1949 in New York City. He went on to serve in the United States Air Force from 1971-1974. Following the military, he moved to Colorado where he was a Research and Development Associate for Hewlett-Packard for 17 years. He met his wife in 1992. They were married in 1993 and later that year his son was born. They moved to Flagstaff in 2005. Mike began working for W.L.Gore, where he worked for the last years of his life.
He died at his home 5:00 a.m. Thursday morning with his wife and son with him. He is survived by his wife, Dawn and his son, Sean.
Mike was an outlaw with a heart of gold. Those who got to know him truly got to experience a great man. He will be deeply missed by everyone that he touched.
Services will be held on Wednesday, October 27 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m
