Michael Ernest Pembrook "Ernie", of Glendale, Az, formerly of Flagstaff, Az, died October 16, 2013 at the age of 57.
Ernie was known for his quick wit, great sense of humor and for his love of the Lord. He had a beautiful voice and you could always catch him singing a Marty Robbins tune. He was a very faithful member of the Catholic Church. He had a big heart for
those that were disabled or were in need. He was known to give his glasses away to someone that needed them more than he and offering his last dollar to some who in need. He was especially proud serving for the United States Marine Corps and being
a Marine Veteran. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Ernie was born to Vernon Gene Pembrook and Margaret Ambrosia Pembrook on May 1956 in El Paso, Tx. He is survived by sons Jimmy Pembrook, of Flagstaff, Az and Dustin Grider, of Grand Junction, Co and Daughter Ambrosia Ulibarri (Juan) of Flagstaff, Az. Ernie was the cherished "Papa Ernie" to his 4 grandchildren, Abigail, Michael, Adrian and Gabriel. He is also survived by brothers Charles Pembrook(Suzanne) of Sierra Vista, Az, T.J. Pembrook (Kat) of Glendale, Az and sister Tannie Klipstine (Jim) of Hobbs, NM. He was also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
