Michael Richard (Mike) Sanders, 49, passed away at his home in Flagstaff on Monday July 9, 2007. Mike was born July 9, 1958 in Monett, MO the son of Dick M. and Wanda Sanders. He graduated from Monett High School, where he participated in wrestling and football. Mike enjoyed playing little and pony league baseball and later coached his sons' teams in Arizona. Mike was an avid runner, hunter and adventurous traveler. He loved his horses, dogs, and other animals. An employee of Arizona Public Services for 24 ½ years.

Mike is survives by three sons, Benjamin Andrew, Joseph Daniel, and Paul Michael, all of Flagstaff, his parents Dick and Wanda Sanders of Willard, MO, two sisters, Neta and Dr. K. Andrew Crighton of Basking Ridge, NJ and Willard, MO, and Marsha and Richard Tudor of Birmingham, AL.

A celebration of Mike's life will be Saturday July 14th at Greenlaw Baptist Church 3400 E. Locket at 1:00 PM. Internment will take place at a latter date in Willard, MO.
