James Michael Russell, "Mike", left this earth on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 4:36 AM, at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, AZ, and met Jesus Christ, his Lord & Savior, face to face.

Mike was born November 7, 1957 in Nashville, TN, to his parents, Jim & Miriam Russell.

Mike is survived by his wife of 30 years, Vicki Rowland Russell, of Fort Worth, Texas; his son, Paul Russell of Henderson, NV; his sister, Vicki Vanderpool, (Colin), of Pleasant View, TN; his sister, Debbie Whitlock, (Steve), of Murfreesboro, TN; his nephew, Josh Whitlock of Murfreesboro, TN; his nephew, Lucas Vanderpool of Pleasant View, TN; his niece, Rachel Vanderpool of Springfield, TN; and many cousins and dear friends.

Mike served his country in the United States ARMY.

Mike's early inspiration of music began with his career at Gibson Guitar Manufacturing facility, in making Gibson Guitars in Nashville, TN.

Mike married his beloved wife, Vicki, in 9-9-99 in beautiful Kauai, Hawaii.

Mike and Vicki left Nashville, TN in 2006 and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and later to Golden Valley, AZ.

As a musician, music was Mike's passion and it inspired him to create Wolf Run Studio, Music Recording & Production, to record the music in him and share his passion.
