Milton Edward Broadwell, passed away November 2, 2005 in Tuba City, Arizona. He was born September 18, 1938 to Russell Broadwell and Carmen Darrah in Cadyville, New York.



He served in the Air Force for 3 years stationed at Westover Air Base in Mass., and was a member of the Army Reserves serving in Desert Storm and Operation Joint Endeavor as a Major.



Mr. Broadwell was a graduate from Orange County Community College in New York as a Registered Nurse. He received his Certificate in Nurse Anesthesia from Albany Medical Center, in New York. He then received his bachelors of Science degree at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, and continuing his education at Temple University receiving his Masters degree.



Mr. Broadwell was an avid educator of Nurse Anesthesia.



He served as a scout leader and unit commissioner for Pack 16; Troop 18 BSA Revolutionary Trails Council in New York. He achieved his BSA Wood Badge Award, NE11116703.



He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed hunting, the outdoors, traveling with his family and woodworking.



Mr. Broadwell is survived by wife Elizabeth, sons James Russell Broadwell and Mark Edward Broadwell, daughter Renee Colleen Broadwell, sister Virginia Campbell and 3 grand children.



He is preceded in death by his son Dwayne Scott Broadwell



A Celebration of Milton's life will be held Sunday November 06, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.at Trinity Heights Methodist Church at 3600 N. 4th St Flagstaff



In lieu of flowers make contributions to the Widows Nite fund at Trinity Heights United Methodist Church 3600 N. 4th St Flagstaff, AZ 86004 and the VFW of Tuba City.
