Obituary

On January 27, 1973 the first child of Brenda Faye and James Ray Hill was born. She was given the name Necola Jenique Hill. A beautiful name for a beautiful child. Necola was a child with much promise. A promise fulfilled by her being a loving, nurturing mother, daughter, sister and aunt, cousin and friend.

Necola, who later became Mrs. Williams, also had an unconditional love for children. She began working with children for a short period at Cogdill Recreational Center. She then moved on and spent time caring for children at the Crisis Nursery, and from there Necola moved to Chicago where she began school to become a social worker.

Two degrees, a bachelors and masters, were received by Necola in the area of social work. Those who knew Necola knew she was soft spoken. Somehow Necola managed to be a big sister to any younger woman.

On May 14, 2009, Necola entered into eternal rest. Her mother, Brenda Faye Hill, great grandmother, Angelina Chapman, and brothe,r James Hill, Jr. preceded her in death.

Necola leaves to mourn her daughter Netia Williams, son Albert Williams, sister Tinesha Hill, father James Hill, grandmother Melba Neal, Grandmother Rosetta Gipson and a host of family members and friends.

Services were held May 22, 2009 in Flagstaff.
