Nora K. Montoya
Nora Kathryn Montoya, 49, died Oct. 7, 2006. She was born June 7, 1957, in El Paso, Texas, to Olivia Compton-Alonso and Johnny Montoya.
Mrs. Montoya grew up in Flagstaff and attended Flagstaff High School. She lived in Phoenix the past few years but recently moved back to Flagstaff because she missed the snow that she loved so much. She loved walking from one end of the town to the other. She had a very compassionate spirit toward others.
Mrs. Montoya is survived by two daughters, Olivia Hernandez and Jamie Natt; three grandchildren; brothers and sisters Michael, Sandra, Mona, Leonard, and George.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Mark and Donald.
Services will be Sunday, at 5 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to St. Marys Elementary School.
Arrangements are by Norvel Owens Mortuary.
