Obituary

PATRICIA "PAT" LOU BECKER

03/31/1953, Orrville, Ohio

05/07/2026, Flagstaff, Arizona

Pat passed in light and love, quietly and peacefully on May 7, 2026.  She is survived by her wife of 16 years, Kelly Cass, brother, Mark Becker, sister, Lee Ann Becker, nephew, Zachary Becker, of Massillon, Ohio, heart sisters, Norma and Cheryl Black, of Lakewood, California, and two dogs, Shilo and Grayden.

Pat was born and raised an Ohio girl and has followed the Massillon Tigers throughout her life.  After graduating from Kent State with a degree in Fine Arts, Pat moved by herself to Southern California, hoping for an eventual career in film editing.  Fortunately, her career path sent her in a different direction to SeaWorld San Diego.  She worked there for 28 years where she met her wife and made lifelong friends.  Pat worked the majority of her career at SeaWorld in the Retail Department, eventually Supervising different stores in all parts of the park.

She left SeaWorld in 2015 and began working for the Grand Canyon Railway, as a cashier, in Williams, Arizona, where she, her wife and their two dogs settled.  She retired in 2021 when she enjoyed her TV shows, classic movies, books (especially biographies) and keeping up on local events by subscribing and reading the Williams-Grand Canyon News every week.

Please consider making a donation in Pats' name to the Trees for A Change organization, to help re-forest burn scars in and around national forests.
